CLEAR TERMS, NO GUESSWORK.
These terms cover the use of borexgh.com and every brand site under it. They exist so that nothing on these pages is read as a promise we have not been able to confirm.
What a listing means
Prices, stock levels, colours, storage sizes, capacities, mileage, condition reports and land details shown on these sites reflect what the relevant brand team has entered. Where a detail has not been confirmed, the page says so — DETAILS BEING UPDATED, CONTACT FOR CURRENT AVAILABILITY, or REQUEST CURRENT PRICE — and that wording is not an offer.
A photograph labelled Illustrative image shows a category, not the specific unit you would receive. Vehicle, generator and fragrance pack photographs supplied by the brands show the actual units being offered.
What a request means
Submitting an enquiry, an availability check, a reservation request, a quote request or an Ask-now panel sends your request to the brand team and gives you a receipt. A receipt confirms that we received it. It does not confirm stock, price, a title position, a delivery slot, or that any reply has been sent yet.
Any reply time a member of staff gives you comes from that team. We do not publish an automated guarantee we cannot keep.
Brands act separately
GEOOS Automobile, APEX PHONES, Amber Horizon, BOREX Power, BOREX Hardware and Construction, and BOREX Properties each run their own stock, pricing, inspections and arrangements. Contacting one brand does not bind another, and one brand cannot confirm another brand's product.
Land and property
Enquiries about land are handled as enquiries. This site does not advertise a plot, a price, or an ownership position unless the details have been supplied and verified by BOREX Properties. A location listed as an area to ask about is not an available listing, and nothing here is a search for title or a statement that title has been verified.
Using these sites
Please use the forms and contact routes as intended: do not attempt to access the staff portal without an account, probe another brand's records, submit automated bulk enquiries, or interfere with product records and dashboards. Accounts are provisioned privately and staff access is logged.
Content and images
Brand names, artwork and copy on these sites belong to BOREX World GH or the brand that supplied them. Freely-licensed photography is credited on the image-credits page and stays with its photographer.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the brands add services such as checkout, delivery or reservations. The version published here is the one that applies when you send a request.
